Hodgson) now online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The fifth presentation at our seminar at BI Norwegian Business School (Oslo) is online: Prof. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.geoffrey-hodgson.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Geoffrey M.
